Palm House Hospitality was founded by Benson Wang and Anderson Pugash, two people who transitioned from the finance industry to pursue a dream in hospitality. The goal was to create a company with purpose and a unique perspective, combining a burning passion for hospitality, creativity, and experience with strong financial and operational systems. Palm House Hospitality is a freethinking flock of industry creatives delivering transportive leisure through transformative stays, immersive dining and exhilarating entertainment experiences in Northern California.

This vision quickly evolved into an award-winning and industry-leading restaurant group. Palm House Hospitality includes some of the Bay Area’s most beloved restaurants, bars, and nightlife venues, serving hundreds of thousands of customers per year. The group comprises Flamingo Resort, Palm House, the Dorian, Audio, Bergerac, Vintage Space, Lazeaway Club, Nick’s Cove, and Kohmsa. The originality of each experience generates local and regional interest for Bay Area residents and adventure seekers. Working from the inside out, Palm House Hospitality cultivates and supports its talented teams to think of new approaches that push the existing boundaries of hospitality.
